After the initial consultation I will email a proposal/quote. If this is accepted the engagement letter will be emailed for signature. Once the engagement letter has been signed and direct debit activated I will then contact you to discuss the work .

Yes, we use Toggl to track the hours we spend on your tasks. We will attach a report to the monthly invoice.

I will always endeavour to respond to emails received outside my working hours. However I have a young family and may not be able to complete work outside of my working hours.

We use a software called Last Pass. We suggest you set up a free account and share your login details with us. This means we will not know your passwords but can still access your accounts.
